Important Information from the FA
The FA is currently encouraging youth football clubs to appoint a Club Welfare Officer (CLO) with this is mind they have asked the League to appoint a League Welfare Officer which we are in the progress of doing and we will soon announce who that person is.
We have been advised by the FA that we can suggest a rule for next season that all clubs must have a Club Welfare Officer before they enter the league, so it seems a CLO must be installed in every youth club.
